Can I order your books via mail order?


We accept mail orders if paying by money order or cashier's check. Click here to download and print our order form in Adobe© Acrobat format. (This form is for mail orders only. Do not use this form for sales orders.) Please fill out our order form and send it along with a money order or chashier's check to: Pauli Publishing House, ATTN: Debra Lindquist, 1148 Sonata Drive, Vallejo, CA 94591. *Remember to include shipping costs when sending a mail order. To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.




What information do you collect from me as a visitor to your website?


We collect two types of information: 1. Contact or feedback information 2. Web page download information Contact or Feedback When you fill the form on this website, we use the personal information submitted in the form only to respond to your message. What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If you pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal, you will not be charged for your order until it ships. We do accept chashier's checks or money orders for mail orders only.




How long will it take to process my order?


When you place an order, we make every effort to process, pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders made after 12:00pm PST will not be processed until the following business day.




Can I cancel or change my order?


We are unable to make any changes or cancel online orders once they have processed. To return an item or a complete order, please reference our return and exchange policy on our customer care page.

Do you ship to the 48 Continental United States?


We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping for online orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. If you select standard shipping, your order will be shipped by either: USPS or FedEx. Expedited shipping options include FedEx 2nd-Day or Next-Day. Call us at 707-771-6368 for expedited shipping. PO Boxes cannot be expedited.

What is your return policy for online orders?


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be in the same, saleable condition as it was when you received it.
NOTE: Damaged, torn or used books are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What type of discounts do you offer?


Bulk Discounts:
If you are interested in purchasing items in large quantities of 100 or more, call us at 707-771-6368 or send us an email to see if we are able to offer you a discount. For bulk orders only, we have all of our books discounted 20% and our best selling books discounted at 50%.
In addition, if you are ordering online, all oline orders qualify for Free Shipping. And, if you are purchasing an item that is not on sale – you can always use once of our coupons or promo codes at the time of purchase. Aside from case quantities and price breaks on certain items, we generally do offer further discounts and donations to churches, ministries or businesses. We will see that you get the best deals possible with our books, as we believe in passing any savings onto our customers, every day. We believe this allows all of our customers to benefit.

Email List:
We also offer discounts for our email subscribers. By joining our email list, you will receive exclusive discounts and coupons that you may use for your online purchases.
