SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an online order with us, we make every effort to process, pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders made after 12:00pm PST will not be processed until the following business day.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase with us, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in the same, saleable condition as it was when you received it.

Exchanges:
We are able to make exchanges to your online orders once the order has processed. To return or exchange an item/s on your order, please also note the customer care section on our store policy page. Damaged, torn or used books are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
